Abstract

This paper analyzes the influence of treaties and ius cogens jurisprudence on gross violations of human rights, the Chilean Constitutional Court’s jurisprudence on the value of treaties and the presentation of a bill to sanction denial, minimization or justification of crimes against humanity in Chile.
