Abstract

I. Background and overview of the reform law No. 20,050 1.- Law No. 20,050, promulgated and published in the Official Gazette on August 26, 2005, incorporated numerous modifications to the 1980 Charter and, among them, the relapses in the new powers entrusted to the Constitutional Court, which we will try to analyze in this opportunity.
