¿Es posible promover la agencia docente desde los equipos directivos escolares? Un estudio de caso múltiple durante situaciones de crisis

Las emergencias educativas son situaciones clave capaces de redefinir la manera en que la sociedad organiza sus respectivos sistemas educacionales. La investigación analiza la influencia de los equipos directivos en el desarrollo de la agencia docente durante la enseñanza remota de emergencia en tres escuelas de diferentes contextos socioeconómicos y geográficos. Se entrevistó a 18 profesores y 6 directivos, utilizando el marco de la agencia docente, la teoría fundamentada y el análisis temático para procesar los datos. Los resultados muestran que las decisiones tomadas por los directivos durante la enseñanza remota de emergencia permitieron el desarrollo de la agencia docente en tres dimensiones principales: desafíos de adaptación docente, apoyo desde la gestión educativa y mejora en la percepción docente sobre la gestión educativa. El estudio concluye que el apoyo de los directivos y la libertad en la toma de decisiones curriculares por parte de los docentes son factores clave para facilitar el desarrollo de la agencia docente y enfrentar la crisis educativa. El estudio es novedoso en su uso del enfoque ecológico de la agencia docente como marco teórico y en el análisis retrospectivo de las crisis sociales y educativas.
